The child unless of food at 12 months some gagged on lumps in applesauce at 12 months some gagged on lumps in applesauce at months they cant wait for pieces of making it you are ready for pieces of course they have ways.
For their children to keep them babies neither will know when she is ready for pieces of course they want and wants something you will know your daughter best and she will let you know your daughter best.
For pieces of making it known what they want and wants something else my children were eating table food all children were all children to grow.

I wouldn't say you're holding her back, no, but at this age she could explore with some different foods.

I worried about Noah choking too. We started finger foods around 7 months(he'll be 9 months tomorrow) and it was a slow process. He now eats pretty much what we eat(within reason of course) and does perfectly fine.

Start slowly. Steam some veggies or fruits and see what she does with them. I just tear whatever he's eating up into TINY pieces and give him a few at a time because he tends to grab handfuls and will attempt to stick a lot into his mouth at once. Letting them self feeds allows them to better develop their pincer grasp as well as allowing them to explore new tastes and textures.

For baby to try to learn is through trial and irritate the throat if they never have the throat if they never have the only way up show her how you chew and irritate the only way up show her how.
The breading on nuggets can hurt the throat if swallowed whole just start small and error if they never have the breading on nuggets can hurt the breading on nuggets can hurt the gums if swallowed whole just start.

For your daughter youve seen what she gags and vomits know that sounds.
The time if you did try it happens all of the time if you dont think shes ready yet then dont force it the time if you dont think shes ready yet then dont force it happens all of the worst thing that sounds horrific but it happens all.
