Gluten Free Product

My favorite gluten-free pasta is made by Papadini. You can find it at this site:

I have a website full of simple, healthy gluten-free recipes and have recently posted two pasta dishes. The links are below:

Good luck with your search. I hope this is helpful!

Gluten Free Casein Free Diet

My wife gave me a cookbook for Christmas called The Gluten Free Gourmet Cooks Fast and Healthy by Bette Hagman. It has a pasta base mix recipe in it and from what I have read, these recipes are pretty good.
2 cups tapioca flour
2 cups cornstarch
3/4 cup potato starch flour
1 Tablespoon salt
5 Tablespoons Xanthan gum

Blend all that well and store in a covered container in a dry place. Makes 5 batches of pasta 2-3 servings each

To make the pasta,
1 cup pasta base mix from above
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
or 1 egg + 1 egg white +1 tblsp vegetable oil.
Stir together until it forms a ball and then knead gently on cornstarch covered board until firm and not at all sticky.
Roll and cut using cornstarch for dusting

Cook in boiling salted water with few drops of cooking oil for 10-12 minutes or pasta tests done

Check these websites:

(you might try posting your question on the forum here)

Also, allrecipes.com has an advanced search where you can select the wheat/gluten-free option.

Good Luck! :-)
