Can autoimmune diseases affect HIV test results?

   Well HIV causes AIDS which is an autoimmune disorder. Its very unlikely you will get either of these from a endoscopy! But it can show a false negative, can take up to a year to a year and a half to show up after exposure….

   I doubt you have HIV though, or an autoimmune disease. Your WBC would be really really low if you did….
