I have it to and know where u are coming from, except i got diagnosed when I was 4 so i dont really remember much but its hard.
The number one thing is you have to stick to your gluten free diet it is the number one rule. If you dont you have these hairs in your stomach that digest food and if you eat to much gluten they can all get killed and you will have to be tube fed which is not a pretty site. Be good and dont stray
2. Get a long list of foods that you cant eat so you are aware, always read ingredient lists when there are, if its fruits, veggies, and meat u are good but other than that always look at ingredient lists.
3. Celiac is an auto immune gastro disease that is where somebody cant digest gluten.
i know its hard and confusing but you have to stick to it, that is essential for anybody with celiac. I know its kinda scary but do your best and good luck
