Yes, have your doctor check your levels.
Also… Dried Plums (yes, prunes) have like 3X more potassium in them per serving then Bananas!!
No kidding…
I LOVE PRUNES! I munch them as a snack all the time and no, it doesn’t cause “Bathroom Issues”.
They are VERY VERY good for you and you can buy them cheep at Walgreens! $3.00 for something like a 1 pound bag!!
(Though I like them more dry so I let them sit out on a sheet pan for a day or two until they are not so squishy… All dried fruit feels “Squishy” to me right out of the bag… I like more “Fruit Leather” texture.)
Gluten Free Grain
for fruits it will be bannanas, canteloupe, watermelon, orange juice; vegetables:avocados and leafy green vegetables and fresh meats. potatoes, whole grains, legumes and milk.

Besides bananas there is also a lot of potassium in nuts.
Sometimes a potassium deficiency is caused by an overload of sodium from too much table salt (sodium chloride) as the sodium is absorbed preferentially at the expense of potassium.
