   For surfer hair texture just add tid bit of salt in spray tho from fruitis garnier it worked.

   Garnier Fructise has this putty like stuff and it gives you surf hair! I would try that. I’d check out their website first however because it might also have wheat in it and it wouldn’t be cool to waste your money! :] Good luck!
